Pritchard Construction

Pritchard Construction has recently redeveloped this area to encompass a large enclosed patio area. This entailed groundworks to excavate the area and level in order to build a perimeter structure of timber & concrete fence, then lay a complete stone flagged seating area to produce a beautiful sun-trapped area for entertaining.

The Strand project has involved the complete demolition of the existing premises, through to the complete reconstruction of the new property. The new property renovation has been undertaken as a Timber Frame Build and has produced excellent results.
